Subscription terms

1. The service and seller

Votaneo is a web service for interactive presentations with polls, quizzes, word clouds, open-ended questions and scales. The service is available to individuals and organisations. The seller is Procedit in Helsingborg, registration number 800103-3953, Malörtvägen 49, 263 62 Viken. Email: info@votaneo.se.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your password and having the right to use material you upload. You retain your rights to your content and give us the right to store and process it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the questions you ask and how you use participant answers.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, infringement or attempts to harm the system or other users. Do not add sensitive personal data or confidential material unless you have established that the processing is permitted and appropriate.

3. Plans and prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor, include VAT and are per user.

The full annual fee is paid annually. Monthly subscriptions are paid monthly. You see the total price and selected period before payment. No delivery or postage charges apply to the web service.

Free

Free includes 75 participations per calendar month and up to eight saved or active results in total per account. You can finish a session already in progress when you reach the monthly quota. Existing results are not automatically deleted when you reach the limit. Delete results to free up space.

Basic

Basic has no monthly participation quota or saved-results cap. It includes five editable starter templates, AI suggestions when the AI service is configured, text import from PDF and PowerPoint, themes, your own logo, Excel export and results reports. Import does not reproduce the source layout.

Pro

Pro includes Basic, mobile remote control and the option to hide the Votaneo logo in presentation and participant views. Shared workspaces, simultaneous editing and locked workspace polls are not yet included. No plan guarantees an unlimited number of simultaneous participants.

4. Purchase, delivery and renewal

You need an account to purchase a subscription. Complete the purchase in Stripe after reviewing the price, period and terms. Paid access starts when payment is verified. The service requires a modern browser with internet access and JavaScript. To join, use a camera that can scan the QR code or enter the join code manually.

The subscription renews automatically at the same billing interval until cancelled. A new period is charged at the price applicable to that period. An unpaid renewal does not extend paid access. When paid access ends, the account returns to Free unless another valid entitlement applies.

5. Cancellation and plan changes

Open your Votaneo account and choose subscription management to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can view invoices, update your payment method, change plans and cancel. If you cannot access the portal, email info@votaneo.se.

Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. You retain paid access until then. The portal and your account display the cancellation and end date once updated.

An upgrade may incur an immediate prorated charge. Downgrades and changes to a shorter billing interval are scheduled for the end of the period. Other changes follow the amount and timing shown in the customer portal before confirmation. Cancel the change if you do not agree to the displayed adjustment.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete presentations or saved results. Free limits apply to continued use. Export anything that requires a paid plan while you still have access.

6. Right of withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Statutory consumer rights apply. You can give notice that you wish to withdraw from the contract through the Withdraw from your purchase, by email or by post. We do not require you to waive your statutory right of withdrawal to use the service. Read the information on withdrawal, refunds and complaints. No additional voluntary money-back guarantee is provided.

7. Availability, updates and changes

We maintain and update the service. Temporary interruptions can occur during maintenance or faults. Contact support if something does not work. An interruption does not limit statutory consumer rights in the event of a defect. Export any material you need to keep independently of the service.

Price changes apply no earlier than a future renewal. We notify you in advance so you can cancel before the change takes effect. Changes to the service or terms cannot restrict mandatory rights. If the service is misused, we may restrict access as needed to protect it and other users. Contact us if you want us to review such a measure.

8. Personal data and disputes

See the privacy information. Contact us first if you have a dispute. Consumers can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) if the Board’s conditions are met, or apply to a competent court. Swedish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
