Understand the limits before choosing

Free includes 75 participations per calendar month per account, shared across presentations. You can finish a session already in progress when the monthly quota is reached. The eight-result limit counts saved and active sessions together. Delete results when you need space.

Basic and Pro have no monthly participation quota or saved-results cap. Service capacity and limits on file size, slide count and storage still apply. See your current import and storage limits in the app.

AI suggestions require a configured AI service. Document import reads text from PDF and PowerPoint and does not reproduce the complete source layout.

Monthly or annual billing

Basic costs SEK 69 per month or SEK 690 per year. Pro costs SEK 99 per month or SEK 990 per year. Annual billing charges the full annual fee upfront. That is equivalent to SEK 57.50 per month for Basic and SEK 82.50 for Pro, with no monthly plan at those rates.

Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades may be charged immediately with a prorated adjustment. Downgrades and changes to a shorter interval take effect at the end of the period. Questions and answers

Can I try Votaneo without buying a subscription?

Yes. Create a free account and start with the included question types. Participants don’t need to pay or create an account to answer.

What happens to my presentations when I cancel?

Cancellation does not automatically delete presentations or results. The Free plan limits apply once paid access ends. Export anything you need while you still have access to the export feature.

What do I need to buy Basic or Pro?

A Votaneo account. Review your plan, billing period and total price before completing payment in Stripe.
