A simple agenda for a team meeting

Start with a check-in
Ask people to sum up how they’re arriving in one word. A word cloud gives you an initial picture without a long round of introductions.
Choose what to discuss
Use a poll to see what the group wants to prioritise. Use the results to guide the discussion and explain how you’ll use the priorities.
Finish with a next step
Collect open-ended answers to: What is the most important thing to do before our next meeting? Read the answers together and decide who will follow up.

Give your ideation workshop a clear direction

First ask people to describe a need in their own words. Then gather associations in a word cloud and use a poll to see which direction the group wants to explore. Mix questions with slides that give everyone the same background.

The presentation code makes it easy to invite people on their phones. Give everyone a moment to think before revealing the answers, so more people have time to form their own view.

Gather feedback while the meeting is fresh

End with a relevance scale and an open-ended question about what could improve. Revisit the results when you prepare the next session. Basic and Pro also include export and results reports.
