Prepare at your own pace
Write your questions, arrange your slides and preview how they’ll look with example data. Add private presenter notes to each slide so you can focus on the meeting.
Basic and Pro include five editable starter templates, AI suggestions when the AI service is configured, and text import from PDF and PowerPoint. Import does not reproduce the source layout. File size, slide count and storage are subject to your account limits.
Let participants join from their phones
When you start a presentation, the session gets a code and a QR link. Participants open the link or enter the code in their browser. They don’t need an account or an app.
You choose when to show the results. Pro lets you control the presentation from your phone and hide the Votaneo logo in the presentation and participant views. Basic and Pro include themes and custom logos.
Keep the insights afterwards
Each session has its own answers and results. Revisit a completed session without mixing its answers with the next one. Basic and Pro include Excel export and results reports.
What’s included in Free, Basic and Pro?
Free includes polls, word clouds, quizzes, open-ended questions and scales, with 75 participations per calendar month per account and eight saved or active results in total. Basic and Pro have no monthly participation quota or saved-results cap. Simultaneous participation is subject to capacity. Compare plans and limits.
