A NEW PERSPECTIVE
What if we
asked the room?
LEAD AN INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION
Good interaction starts before the first question and continues after the answers arrive. Plan a simple session where each question helps the group move forward.
Works in the browser. Participants can join without an account.
Decide what the answers should help you do. Do you need to choose a priority, understand an experience or check whether an explanation landed? Then choose a question type that fits.
Prepare a brief introduction, an easy first question and a closing activity. Add private notes where you want to remember a follow-up or example. Preview the slides to check readability.
Keep the QR code and join code visible. Explain that a browser is enough and participants don’t need an account.
Say what the group will see and what will be saved. Only ask for data you need.
Make the first question simple and relevant. That gives people a chance to try the technology before tackling more difficult content.
Read the question aloud, give clear instructions and leave time to answer. Hide the results until you reveal them if you want people to think independently.
Pause at the answers. Ask what the group notices and what needs more investigation. Alternate information, individual reflection and discussion so participants have time to process each question.
Pro lets you control the presentation from your phone. Test the controls before the meeting, especially if you’re using a separate presentation screen.
Sum up what you learned and agree on a next step. Say who will follow up, what they’ll do and when. End the session and return to the results to prepare the follow-up.
Basic and Pro include exports and results reports. Keep only what you need and handle participant answers according to your organisation’s rules. Cancelling a subscription and deleting saved presentations and results are separate actions.
Create a free account and try it with your group. Participants answer in their browsers.
